I'm available! (So is Mason)

Please pass these on to anyone you know who might be interested in adopting a beautifully seasoned girl like myself, or a young pup like Mason. We need families of our own, sighs

The Grey Pearl

~~~~~*~~~~~
My bio:
This mature girl exudes Southern charm and grace, making her name, which means "pearl" in Greek, most befitting. Her luminous personality brings so much joy to her foster parents, as she was this close to being euthanized in a Clayton, GA facility through no fault of her own. Greta was wandering the streets, her coat bedraggled, her eyes dim, until she was impounded and caught the eye of Southern Cross German Shepherd Rescue who helped organize her escape, along with her foster brother Mason. Greta loves scritches and pets, luxurious baths, peanut butter, and breakfast in her bed...and lunch...and dinner...you'd be hard pressed to find a meal Greta didn't enjoy!. She has all of the fabulous traits a family could ever want; she is housebroken, crate trained, and gets along beautifully with children, and other dogs and cats. She gets around just fine, walks beautifully on a leash, loves going for car rides and is an all 'round wonderful companion. Greta is a rare gem indeed, and is ready to go to her forever home anytime. You can read more about Greta's adventures here: http://greta-thegreypearl.blogspot.com/. Adoption Fee: $200 Veterinary reference and Home Safety Check required prior to adoption.
And Mason's bio:
Meet Mason, a mischievous imp disguised in fifty-five pounds of German Shepherd clothing. Mason was saved only 24 hours before being euthanized in the Clayton, GA animal control facility; he did nothing wrong to land him there, there are simply too many dogs and not enough homes. At only eight months old, Mason is still very much a puppy. This shrewd little sprite is smart as a whip and sharp as a tack; he learned to sit and lay down in thirty minutes flat! With the proper guidance, Mason would excel at performance sports like obedience, agility, flyball, or any number of fun activities. Fetching is a favorite pastime, as is just about any activity that involves running, jumping, playing or wrasslin'. Riding in the car is pretty nice, too! Mason is super affectionate and loves his people. Mason's forever home should plan on spending lots of quality time with him so he never feels abandoned again. A fenced in yard is requirement for adoption and Mason gets along with other dogs very well. Housebreaking and crate training are works in progress, but Mason is up to date on shots, neutered, and can join you on your sofa anytime. Adoption Fee: $250 Veterinary Reference and Home Safety Check required prior to adoption.
